Finally settling in the USA, Marina lived between New York, Atlanta,  and Los Angeles while cultivating her connections with the European  investment community along with her involvement in a booming real estate  industry and stock market trading. She served as a consultant for US  companies expanding operations into Russia & Ukraine and assisted  numerous Russian companies in breaking into the US market. She consulted  Ukrainian Ministers on forging

international connections and translated for Russian investors &  filmmakers as they were forming co-productions with European and US  companies while she was running her own consulting agency. To keep her  passion for film burning, Marina wrote and directed films at WHAT,  ‘Warehouse Actor’s Theater,’ before entering the Hollywood entertainment  industry when she was accepted to the prestigious USC Peter Stark  Graduate Producing Program. Before she founded her own film company,  Global Village Productions, Marina continued to gain experience in the  industry as an assistant to Woody Stuart, and as a partner with Jerry  Katell Productions. She is currently attached to produce “Metro – 2033″  with Mark Johnson, picked up by MGM last year, and recently finished  producing Elton John’s social documentary “Kids-Rights” which is  acknowledged as the 5th “most influential life-changing social indies”  of 2014.

Chris Mancini has had a career a musician and music publisher.  Working as West Coast Director of Creative Affairs for Arista and BMG  music publishing, Chris contributed to many successful records.  Among them, Grammy of the year award winning recordings by Eric Clapton  and Bonnie Raitt. Chris is now the manager of the Henry Mancini music  catalogue. Professional singer on several Academy Awards and Grammy’s shows. A  few of my successes were contributing to film soundtracks such as  “Academy Award winning “Color Of Money” and “Waynes World” and “Weird  Science”.Produced the “Pink Panther Lounge” CD’s, a 2 volume set of  Henry Mancini remixes.

Rick Rosenthal has been practicing law for over twenty-five years, and currently maintains an entertainment  transactional and litigation practice in Los Angeles. He graduated from  the University of Michigan in 1979, became a RFK fellow at the RFK  Memorial in Washington, D.C. and then worked on the Kennedy for  President campaign. He received his J.D. from Boston University in 1983,  clerked for a federal judge in the District of Rhode Island and the  First Circuit Court of Appeals, worked for law firms He represents  independent producers, writers, actors, directors and managers both in  film and television and also handles publishing, theater and animation  clients. He has served as production counsel for many films and has  negotiated acquisition agreements and distribution deals with major  studios and distributors including Universal, Warner Brothers,  Paramount, New Line, NuImage, Dreamworks, Disney and Lionsgate, in  addition to DVD deals and P&A deals for independent films. He  recently helped negotiate a ten picture deal with Lionsgate for his  clients to produce pictures budgeted between $12-$15 million dollars. He  participates frequently in film panels and has conducted seminars on  legal issues in independent film at the SWSX film conference in Austin  Texas, at the L.A. Film School and at UCLA.He has worked for such  clients as MTM Distribution, Odyssey Entertainment, Helkon Media,  Cineville, Seven Arts, Bold Films, Tony Kaye Films and Emmett/Furla  Films. He served for five years as the General Counsel to the Los  Angeles Independent Film Festival. He has drafted, negotiated and  litigated a wide variety of entertainment contracts and matters,  including distribution agreements, rights acquisitions, financing  documents, talent agreements, joint ventures and co-production deals,  licensing, syndication and profit participation (“Hill Street Blues”,  “Dangerous Minds”, “The Watcher”, Indecent Proposal”.).
